Jacktown Return Policy

You have 14 days to request a return or exchange from the date of delivery.

The deadline for canceling is 14 days from when you or an appointed third party in the South Asian region takes possession of the package.

To exercise your right, please inform us through a clear statement via our support channel.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. We use the original payment method, ensuring no additional fees for your reimbursement.

Eligibility Criteria:

For goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• Bought within 14 days

• Original packaging

Items ineligible for return:

• Panruti Cashews and snacks (perishable food items).

• Artisan soaps or hygiene products with broken seals.

• Personalized items or custom-fitted sarees from Palaa Boutique.

• Items inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of merchandise that does not meet these quality standards.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. Send to our main Panruti hub:

Jacktown HQ, Panruti

We are not liable for goods lost in transit. Use a trackable service for artisanal goods. Refunds require receipt of the goods.

Gifts:

If marked as a gift, you will receive store credit once the product is returned to our Panruti center.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund goes to the original purchaser.
